Online Job Posting Service

Local and national employers post available attorney and legal-related positions on our job posting website hosted by Symplicity. If you do not have a password for this system, please request a password by emailing your current resume and year of graduation to lawcareer@uh.edu.

Reciprocity Services

Law Center alumni can request access to the career center at a law school in another city for a prescribed period of time, which usually includes gaining access to that school’s job postings. Many law schools have black-out dates (usually in the fall) during which time reciprocity requests will not be entertained. Reciprocity requests take 1 to 2 weeks to process and alumni are notified by mail or e-mail that a request has been approved. Requests for reciprocity can be made to one law school within a city per alum.

To make a reciprocity request, send an e-mail to lawcareer@uh.edu. Include in your e-mail the specific law school you would like reciprocity from and your current mailing address, phone number and graduation year. If you fail to include this information in your e-mail, a request will not be made on your behalf.
