Aug. 22, 2014 -- Toting updated resumes and dressed in their finest business attire, University of Houston Law Center students kept interviewers busy during the “Early Week Fall On-Campus Interview Program” organized by the Career Development Office.

More than 85 employers, ranging from multi-national law firms to local government agencies, accepted applications from students for clerking and post-graduate positions. The CDO provided employers with application materials for students interested in each specific organization. Employers then chose which students to interview and either contacted them directly or interviewed them during the on-campus program. More than two-thirds of the employers and about 150 students came to campus for the 20- to 30-minute interviews. Employers had the option of inviting students for additional interviews at their office or making offers on the spot. A second session of OCI will occur on Friday, Oct. 10.
