July 16, 2018 -- University of Houston Law Center alumnus Warren Harris '88 was recently named as president of the Houston Bar Association. Harris was sworn into office on May 17, and his term will end in May 2019.

Harris is a partner at Bracewell, where he specializes in appellate practice and handles hundreds of high-stakes appeals, providing strategic advice, preserving error, arguing jury charges and handling post-verdict motions.
