Prerequisites: Yes  This class is open to 3Ls and LLMs only. Transfer students who have not taken a first-year course in administrative law or regulation may add with consent of the instructor.

First Day Assignments: For class on January 21, students should read and be prepared to discuss Chapter 1, Sections A & B of Hickman & Pierce (pp. 23-121).
