Course Outline: Examination of the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste regulatory program and the Comprehensive Environmental Response , Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) (Superfund), analogous State of Texas programs, and significant jurisprudence associated with each; focused exploration of hazardous waste issues relating to consumer electronics, pharmaceutical companies, Big Box retailers, the oil & gas industry, recycling, and corporate sustainability programs.
