REINSTATEMENTS

 

Scott Shearer, 53, of Arlington has filed a petition in the 236th District Court of Tarrant County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

 

DISBARMENTS

 

On Dec. 13, Henry Grun, Jr., 49 of San Antonio was disbarred by the 285th District Court of Bexar County.

 

RESIGNATIONS

On Dec. 12, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Kenneth W. Byford, 47, of San Francisco, Calif.

 

SUSPENSIONS

On Jan. 10, Kelley Morris Baker, 47, of Austin accepted a two-year, fully probated suspension effective March 1, 2003 from the District 8-C Grievance Committee.

 

On Dec. 3, Abel Cavada, 53 of Corpus Christi accepted a 30-day suspension effective Dec. 2, 2002 from the District 12-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Dec. 15, Billy Hullum, 64, of Fort Worth received a two-year, fully probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2002 from the District 7-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Dec. 18, Clifford Rodgers, 59, of Fort Worth received a two-year, fully probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2003 from the 153rd District Court of Tarrant County.

 

On Nov. 15, Bradley David Waytt, 39, of Bryan accepted a one-year, fully probated suspension effective Nov. 15, 2002 from the District 8-A Grievance Committee.

 

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

On Oct. 28, Mary E. Conn, 49, of Capitola, Calif. agreed to a public reprimand from the 80th District Court of Harris County.

 

On Dec. 19, Reo Harris, 54, of Spring accepted a public reprimand from the District 4-C Grievance Committee.

 

On Dec. 10, Alicia Rochelle Johnson, 37, of Fort Worth accepted a public reprimand from an evidentiary panel of the District 7-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Jan. 3, Barry Len Reno, 56, of Dallas accepted a public reprimand from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Dec. 6, James Elliott Johnson, 36, agreed to a public reprimand from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Sept. 12, Ceasar Molina, 50 of San Antonio accepted a public reprimand from the District 10-B Grievance Committee.

 

On Nov. 27, Craig F. Sandling, 48, of Austin accepted a public reprimand from the District 9-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Oct. 22, James Howard Tidwell, 35, of San Marcos accepted a public reprimand from the District 15-C Grievance Committee.

 

On Dec. 20, Candace R. Wise, 41, accepted a public reprimand from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.
