On
March 18, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution
the appeal of Roderick L. Garrett,
33, of Houston, of a default order of disbarment issued by the evidentiary panel
of the District 4-A Grievance Committee.
On
March 18, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution
the appeal of George Flores Sedeňo,
48, of San Antonio, of a default order of disbarment issued by the evidentiary
panel of the District 10-A Grievance Committee in Case No. S0030109100 on July
26, 2002.
On
May 12, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of
suspension against Robert N. Carnaham,
74, of Corpus Christi.

April 9, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of active
suspension against Joseph Anthony Wentzell,

On
Feb. 21, Steven Edward Rogers, 50,
of McKinney was disbarred by default judgment by the District 1-A Grievance
Committee.

Feb. 12, Jon R. Boyd, 49, of Dallas
received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective April 1, 2003 from
the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

of San Antonio received a 10-year, partially probated suspension effective Jan.
6, 2003, with the first five years actively served and the remainder probated
from the 150th District Court of Bexar County.
