BODA ACTIONS

On March 18, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of Roderick L. Garrett, 33, of Houston, of a default order of disbarment issued by the evidentiary panel of the District 4-A Grievance Committee.

On March 18, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of George Flores Sedeòo, 48, of San Antonio, of a default order of disbarment issued by the evidentiary panel of the District 10-A Grievance Committee in Case No. S0030109100 on July 26, 2002.

On May 12, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against Robert N. Carnaham, 74, of Corpus Christi.

On April 9, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of active suspension against Joseph Anthony Wentzell, 48, of Minneapolis, Minn.

On May 12, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of a partially-probated suspension against Patricia Anne Rudder, 50, of Fort Worth.

RESIGNATION

On April 14, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Gordon Allen Price, 50, of Houston.

DISBARMENT

On Feb. 21, Steven Edward Rogers, 50, of McKinney was disbarred by default judgment by the District 1-A Grievance Committee.

SUSPENSIONS

On Feb. 12, Jon R. Boyd, 49, of Dallas received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective April 1, 2003 from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

On March 21, Patrick E. Clarks, 60 of San Antonio received a 10-year, partially probated suspension effective Jan. 6, 2003, with the first five years actively served and the remainder probated from the 150^th District Court of Bexar County.

On Feb. 10, Francisco Javier Guzman, 37, of El Paso received a 30-month, fully probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2003 from the 120^th District Court of El Paso County. 

On March 26, Burnell L. Jones, Jr., 46 of Houston received a three-year, partially probated suspension effective April 1, 2003, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated from the 125^th District Court of Harris County.

On March 13, Val W. Kientz, 49, of Houston received an eight-year, partially-probated suspension effective April 1, 2003, with the first four years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 4-G Grievance Committee.

On March 13, Robert Hunter Loewen, 40, of Austin received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 13, 3003, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated from an evidentiary panel of the District 9-A Grievance Committee.

On Dec. 17, Robert C. Mason, 43, of Newark received a five-year, partially-probated suspension effective Feb. 1, 2003, with the first two years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 7-S Grievance Committee.

On Feb. 19, Marilynn Sheree Mayse, 49, of Dallas received a 15-month, partially probated suspension effective April 15, 2003, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

On April 8, Donald Vaughn Phillips, 46, of Tallahassee, Fla., received a two-month suspension effective June 1, 2003 from the District 2-C Grievance Committee.

On March 12, Marvin E. Prevost, 47, of Houston received a three-year, partially probated suspension effective April 12, 2002, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated from the District 4-F Grievance Committee.

On Jan. 29, H. Tati Santiesteban, 69, of El Paso received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective May 15, 2003 from the District 17-A Grievance Committee.

On Feb. 20, David M. Townsend, Jr., 56, of Houston received a 10-year, partially probated suspension effective Feb. 28, 2003, with the first five years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 4-A Grievance Committee.
