REINSTATEMENTS

Patrick Joseph Rundle, 46, of Houston has petitioned the 152^nd District Court of Harris County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Shirley G. Steele, 62, of Missouri City has petitioned the 164^th District Court of Harris County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Keith Edward Jagmin, 53, of Dallas has petitioned the 68^th District Court of Dallas County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

DISBARMENTS

On Sept. 3, Rahman O. Ashiru, 48, of Houston was disbarred by the District 4-C Grievance Committee.

On Aug. 30, James William Reed, 48, of Richardson was disbarred by the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

SUSPENSIONS

On Nov. 1, David M. Seeberger, 49, of Dallas received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective Nov. 1, 2004 from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

On Nov. 12, Aline Abbinatti, 31, of Houston accepted a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective Nov. 10, 2004 from the 334^th District Court of Harris County.
