REINSTATEMENT
James R. Alexander,
65, of Lubbock
has petitioned the 72nd District Court for reinstatement as a member
of the State Bar of Texas.

On Oct.
27, 2004, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an agreed
judgment of indefinite disability suspension against Donald H. Brandt, Jr., 55, of Richardson.
On Dec.
8, 2004, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals revoked the probation of
Ronald G. Mock, 58, of Houston and suspended him
from the practice of law for 35 months, effective Dec. 8, 2004.
On Dec.
7, 2004, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of
partially-probated suspension against Karen
Key Johnson, 49, of Austin
dated April 29, 2004,
from the evidentiary panel for the District 9-A Grievance Committee.
On Dec.
22, 2004, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals granted a joint motion
to reverse and remand for rendition entry of an agreed judgment in an
evidentiary appeal by Walter Andrew Ladyman, 50, of Abilene.

On Sept. 20,
2004, Jeffrey J. Sapyta, 46, of San
Antonio was disbarred by the District 10-B Grievance
Committee.
On Sept.
13, 2004, William L. Lyons,
55, of Austin,
was disbarred by the 261st District Court of Travis County.

On Nov.

accepted a three-month, fully-probated suspension, effective
Jan. 1, 2005 from
the District 6-A Grievance Committee.
On Nov.
4, 2004, Stephen T. Newlin, 47, of Houston
accepted a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2004, with the
first six months actively served and the remainder probated from the 234th
District Court of Harris County.

effective July 5, 2004,
