Course Outline: Students will represent clients in the following civil practice areas: family (including domestic violence, divorce and custody), juvenile dependency and delinquency, probate, guardianships, bankruptcy and landlord/tenant. Representation will include court/trial appearances, mediation, negotiation, document drafting and case investigation.
