The panel will address issues around combatting the recent spate of violence against Asian Americans and immigrants across the United States. Topics to be covered include the definition of hate crimes, prosecution of such crimes, issues of interest to the Asian community, additional actions anticipated under the current President Biden administration and his proclamation on Anti-Asian bias, and the Supreme Court’s Korematsu decision.
