This pass/fail course heightens skills and techniques for learning law and demonstrating legal knowledge in academic and applied environments. The day and evening programs are considered together for the class rank assessment. Students who vest into the course must complete it with a pass before continuing with the J.D. program in the semester that the course immediately precedes.
