About the 2026 Conference

The energy industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace, with companies navigating a complex mix of rising demand, infrastructure constraints, technological change, and regulatory and investment considerations. As supply chains, ports, and logistics systems intersect more directly with energy development and grid reliability, leaders are increasingly focused on how energy moves—from point of entry to point of use. From the growing impact of data and AI on energy systems, to renewed attention on nuclear power, supply chains, and grid resilience, industry leaders are being asked to make decisions that balance near-term realities with long-term strategy.

Please join the University of Houston and Blank Rome for the 2026 North American Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Conference. This annual program brings together senior energy executives, in-house counsel, investors, and advisors for a candid, business-focused discussion of the issues shaping the energy landscape and how companies are responding in real time.

The 2026 program will build on prior years by continuing to connect legal, regulatory, commercial, and operational perspectives, with a focus on practical takeaways and informed dialogue. Our goal is to create a setting that encourages meaningful conversation and provides insight into how industry leaders are thinking about the path ahead.
