Professor Swift describes his experience with online teaching in Give It a Try, It’s Not So Bad: Utilizing Distance Learning in First-Year Legal Research and Writing Courses. Issues have to Percolate: Mandamus not available for Google in East Texas Venue Challenge
Hilary Reed will be a regular blogger for the Appellate Advocacy Blog and this is her first post. Though Google has no offices, employees, or store fronts in East Texas, it does have some servers there.
