Weaver-Lang Presidential Fellowship
            To recognize the tremendous academic contributions of Professor Jacqueline
            Lang Weaver, this scholarship is awarded to students in the LLM program
            who have a strong academic record and an interest in energy law.

        Buck J. Wynne Memorial scholarship
            The State Bar of Texas Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section established this
            scholarship in memory of Buck J. Wynne, a prominent environmental attorney who died
            in 1996. It is awarded to the top students in an introductory environmental law class.

        Olver Memorial Scholarship
            The GCPA David Olver Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students who have shown a strong
            interest in the practice of energy law with preference given to the electric power industry,
            as demonstrated through coursework, employment, and extracurricular activities.

        Joan Garfinkel Glantz Scholarship
            This scholarship was established in honor of Joan Garfinkel Glantz’s belief that the
            individual rights of everyone are important and should be protected. This award
            is presented to the student who wrote the best paper on Civil Liberties.

        Yale Rosenberg Memorial Prize
            To honor the memory of Yale Rosenberg, a man of faith and a scholar, this
            scholarship is awarded for outstanding student papers in Administrative
            Law, Civil Procedure, Federal Jurisdiction, Habeas, or Jewish Law.

        Mark Vela Scholarship Fund

                   American People: A Call for a Unified Response to Ransomware”
        Judge Phyllis Randolph Frye Writing Competition Award
            Judge Phyllis Frye has long advocated for the rights of the transgender community.
            She established this scholarship to be awarded for the best paper in topics
