July 21, 2025 – The widely read “TaxProf Blog,” a leading source of legal academic news, recently featured University of Houston Law Center professor Seth Chandler’s new blog, “AI for Legal Education.”
Chandler’s blog, launched in June and now with over 100 subscribers, provides commentaries and tutorials for educators exploring the use of artificial intelligence in their pedagogy. The report highlights his innovative approach to AI integration and gives an overview as to what the blog does.
Caron shared an excerpt from Chandler’s blog: “‘AI for Legal Education’ sits at the intersection of mathematics, computer science and machine learning I've spent a lifetime helping students reason rigorously about legal doctrine, and now I’m increasingly obsessed with how AI can serve as a partner in that enterprise.”

Chandler encourages the UHLC community and other professors of law to subscribe to the blog for free. Subscription grants access to all past posts, alerts users of new posts, and creates a community of individuals with similar interests.
