Terror - Will You Wear the Shackles?
This year's Symposium will examine the interplay between national security and civil liberties in today’s global climate. The speakers will analyze our constitutional rights in light of current federal national security statutes and policy concerns. Speakers for the panel include John Rizzo (former General Counsel for the CIA), Al Hamdani (Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas), Joshua Dratel (President, Joshua L. Dratel, P.C.), and Emily Berman as moderator (UHLC Assoc. Professor).
